Who sells

Products on this website are sold by Ocean Goods for Manufacturing, Trading, and Export, LLC (Ocean Goods®) under the NitroX brand.

Prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are the final product price, including any taxes. The delivery fee is shown at checkout, before you place your order.

Orders

We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before we ship it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price on the website was clearly wrong, or if we can’t reach you to confirm it. You then pay nothing.

Payment

Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives.

See Shipping & returns. Opened products can’t be returned.

Using the products

Read and follow the label on each product before use, and use it only as directed. Keep products closed, away from children, heat and open flames, in a cool place out of the sun. NitroX Super Ethanol is flammable.

Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product against its label, or for indirect losses, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law (No. 181 of 2018).

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
